Very pleased with the product and how we were kept informed of progress. The delivery came as arranged. However, it would have been helpful if the mattresses could have been removed from the packaging and put on to the bed - quite a job to remove and dispose of the packaging.

If you like a really firm mattress this is great. We've replaced an older version which we also loved. Negatives They are really heavy and easy to damage when moving so not a good buy if you are planning on moving.

In my opinion Dunlopillo mattresses are a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. The best sleep ever. Worth investing in.

Expensive but excellent product. Lovely firm support. Requires head to toe turning which would be easier if Dunlopillo hadn’t dispensed with the handles! Good delivery service with all packaging (+ old mattress) taken away.

been using dunlopillo mattresses for 30 years. Change every 8 to 10 years. With a firm base you never feel your partner move! Latest ones dont have handles which makes them harder to move as they are very heavy or it would have been ten stars.

This was a replacement mattress. We had been using the previous Dunlopillo Firmrest mattress for 20+ years and it was showing signs of wear including a slight but permanent dip. We did go to a showroom and try a few different mattresses, but having had Dunlopillo we found that nothing else felt the same. So we bought the same again (only a bit bigger because we had a new bed too). I have slept brilliantly on the new mattress from the first night and am very pleased with the purchase.
