Hypnos Hideaway Bed Base from the Bed Base Collection
The Hideaway divan base from Hypnos offers significant increases in storage capacity compared with traditional drawer divans.
All storage areas are concealed behind beautifully upholstered deep valances, which cover the full height of the divan base. These practical and flexible pleated valances provide an exquisite tailored finish and attractive detailing, whilst ensuring easy access to stored items.
The Hideaway divan offers a unique choice of hidden storage. On beds larger than a single (90cm), which come with two divan halfs, there is the option to have drawers on one side and the large hideaway cavity on the other.
It is the large open cavity that provides real flexibility for storage. Its robust design and construction caters for the storage of heavier and larger sized items like suitcases and boxes. The valances not only hide the cavity, but in the cases of drawers, also completely hides the outline of the drawer.
All Hideaway divans are non-spring platform top divans that rest on castors for ease of movement. The base features a solid wooden top to provide a more supportive feel to the mattress, and is upholstered in fabric with a wide range of colour choices allowing you to match your divan to your home.

Practical and looks great. You can store loads under this bed without worrying about overloading the flimsy drawers that usually come with divans. Bought online, and the colour was exactly as expected.

You get what you pay for and this justifies the price as far as I am concerned. Living in a flat any extra storage space is invaluable and this gives a huge amount of useable storage. It is of excellent quality and is a worthwhile long term investment. The manufacturers could not have helped me more when there was a problem and I overpaid. It is wonderful to have spoken to helpful understanding staff who remedied the situation effortlessly for me. A big thank you to them and yes I wholly recommend the product.

Excellent quality. It was packed extremely well so as not to get damaged in transit. Can't fault it. I purchased it for my daughter so she would have access to the full storage underneath in her very small room where drawers were not an option.

Very comfortable and lots of storage space. Combined with a hypnos silk top matress which I already had it is a high bed, which suits us, but for someone under 5ft 4 a step might be required. Easy to put together by 2 people and looks good without headboard.

Hideaway base is a great option for the increased storage space, the choice of fabrics adds a nice finishing touch to the base too as does the fabric valance / flaps that hide the drawers and storage space.
