Inside the pillow you'll find a filling of natural wool clusters which are called ‘wool balls’. If you like a softer pillow you can pull the clusters apart adding air and plumping up your pillow. If you like a flatter pillow, simply remove a suitable quantity of wool. If you like a deeper firmer pillow, simply purchase extra wool balls to stuff your pillow really full.

Hard at first until you get use to them. We put pillow protectors on, that makes the pillows harder. Bought king size pillow case, that has done the trick
