Our customer service team is based in our lovely offices in Cheshire. This team is responsible for helping and assisting our customers with anything associated with their order. They live by the Land of Beds mission statement; Helping as Many People as Possible Sleep Better. They communicate with customers via telephone, Live Chat, and social media channels. This team play a vital role in ensuring our customers consistently leave us 5-star reviews!
Our dedicated in-house marketing team specialise in online advertising, data analytics, product launches, affiliate marketing, email campaigns and PR to promote the Land of Beds brand in-line with our corporate guidelines. They review all supplier invoices and are responsible for managing numerous corporate policies. This team ensure all products are uploaded to our company website and other third party sites. Based at the head office in Frodsham, Cheshire they are responsible for managing over 5,000 live products at any one time. The website sells a product every 10 mins and generates over £10 million of sales each year.
