If you wish to exchange your mattress as part of the 'Love it or Exchange it' comfort guarantee, we must be notified ten days before your trial ends. To keep the process as simple as possible, we will arrange for your mattress to be collected when the new one is delivered to your home. Contact our customer care team via email or 01928 242829. Please note that exchanging a product after the trial has finished will not be possible unless the product is faulty.
Each sleep trial mattress has one exchange available, and the exchange mattress must be selected from the same brand. Please note, if a higher-priced alternative is selected, any price difference must be paid at the time of re-selection. If you choose a mattress with a lower price, any price difference will be refunded to you in the form of Land of Beds vouchers. A fee of £75 will be applicable for the collection and re-delivery. This amount may vary for remote postcode areas. Please note, only the mattress on your order is covered; if your order has a divan set or headboard, this is not eligible for a sleep trial exchange.

Many of our mattresses benefit from a 'Love It or Exchange It' comfort guarantee. This allows you to replace the mattress with a more suitable one, from the same brand. Make sure to provide proof of purchase as well. When arranging your 'Love It or Exchange It' replacement, please be ready to make a payment of £69 (this may vary for remote postcodes) for the collection and re-delivery cost, plus any difference in price if the newer mattress is more expensive. Once this payment has been made, the team will be able to arrange a convenient date for the exchange to take place.
Each sleep trial has specific time durations – e.g., 30 nights; as mattresses require a certain amount of time to get used to, i.e. like a new pair of shoes. Therefore, you are advised to continue trailing the product until 10 days before the end of the trial period to allow sufficient time for your body to adapt. Please be aware that we may decline an exchange if a mattress protector has not been used or if the product is marked or soiled.
