At 17cm deep and arriving rolled and vacuum packed, it is one of the most technologically advanced foam mattresses in the Dormeo range.

Vs softer models: The Octasmart Premium Classic's medium-firm Octaspring® core delivers noticeably more spinal support than softer options. If you spend any time sleeping on your back or front, or you change position regularly, this mattress provides the underlying structure to keep you properly aligned throughout the night. Softer mattresses may feel more immediately comfortable for side sleepers but can lack the resistance needed for sustained back or front sleeping.
Vs firm mattresses: The Aerocell foam comfort layer and zoned Octaspring® technology give the Premium Classic a cushioned feel that firm mattresses typically cannot match. It provides firm-grade support in the lumbar and hip zones while remaining gentler at the shoulders and legs - making it a smarter choice for combination sleepers who need both support and adaptability.
Vs premium memory foam ranges: Where standard memory foam can trap heat and feel slow to respond, the Octaspring® system actively ventilates as you move, making this a significantly cooler sleep. The three-layer construction - Aerocell, Octaspring® core, Ecocell® base - delivers a more differentiated support profile than most single or dual-layer foam mattresses at a comparable price.
The Octasmart Premium Classic is backed by Dormeo's 18-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Octaspring® technology is put through aerospace-grade quality testing, and the length of this warranty reflects the confidence Dormeo has in the long-term durability of the materials and construction.
Sanitized® Certified: An internationally recognised hygiene standard applied to the mattress cover and materials. Sanitized® certification confirms the mattress actively resists bacteria, dust mites and fungi - particularly important reassurance for allergy and asthma sufferers.
OEKO-TEX® Certified: An independent certification confirming that all materials used in the mattress have been tested for harmful substances and are safe for skin contact. For a mattress you sleep on every night, this is meaningful reassurance that what you're sleeping on is free from chemicals harmful to health.
Octaspring® Award-Winning Technology: Dormeo's Octaspring® system has received multiple industry awards for sleep innovation. The patented aerospace-inspired foam spring design represents a genuine technological advance in foam mattress construction, recognised across the bedding industry.
Choosing a mattress online takes trust. That's why the Octasmart Premium Classic comes with a 60 night comfort guarantee - if it doesn't feel right, we'll exchange it. View the full mattress trial policy.
The Dormeo Octasmart Premium Classic delivers the kind of technically advanced sleep that very few foam mattresses can match: 3D-adaptive Octaspring® support, active temperature regulation via the Octavent™ Air System, five targeted body zones and a hygienic Smart Performance cover - all backed by an 18-year warranty and a 60-night trial. If you sleep on your back or front, run warm at night, or simply want a smarter alternative to traditional foam, this is the mattress to consider.

Rolled mattresses are typically made of foam, latex, or a combination of materials, and they can be unpacked and allowed to expand to their full size once they are delivered to their destination.

Is this mattress suitable for a back sleeper?
Yes, this mattress is a medium to firm tension and suitable for back sleepers.
Will this mattress make me hot?
Memory foam requires your body heat to allow it to contour to your body effectively to relieve pressure. If you are a hot sleeper, we recommend using a cooling mattress protector and light-weight duvet.
