We both absolutely love the new Octasmart mattress, its so comfortable, No more rolling together in the middle of the bed, Just sink into the memory foam and fall asleep...heaven,!!! The mattress was quite expensive, but to be fair , its been worth every penny spent, we both would recommend this mattress, to anyone that suffers from back ache or any sort of pain related problems... Expanded well and quickly once out of the box but the smell was awful which lasted several days, I had to strip the bed every day to let air get to it to get rid of the smell but it eventiually went away. Otherwise it is a great firm mattress, quite lightweight to turn and make up with bedding, supportive and comforable, although with my health problems I still have a padded topper/protector on it as well. I have spinal stenosis and arthritis and have tried many different mattresses over the past few years to try and get rid of pain, this mattress has helped and I am sleeping more comfortably for the first time in a while. So its worth putting up with the initial smell for a couple of days to have a supportive mattress which doesnt make me hot, very pleased with it.
