The Emma Original Elite is a soft medium hybrid pocket spring mattress from Emma, combining Emma's AirGrid® layer of flexible open air pockets with breathable, point-elastic Airgocell® foam, pressure-relieving MemoryAdapt Foam and SupportBase transition foam over a 7-zone edge-to-edge pocket spring system. The AirGrid® and Airgocell® layers keep air moving to help you stay cool, while the thicker premium cover in a polyester and Tencel blend is soft to the touch and fully removable. The result is a cushioning, breathable hybrid mattress that relieves pressure at the shoulders and hips for side and combination sleepers, backed by a 200 night trial and a 10 year guarantee.

The mattress is described as a medium / soft but in reality is a rock hard / hard mattress. The which review of this mattress also describes as 7 on the scale of 0 - 10 but I would say 1 (1 being the hardest) after a few weeks on it - it does not feel any better - I think this is going back.
