This is an incredibly hard mattress even in a medium rating. I asked both the shop and the manufacturer about stiffness and felt reassured. Sadly it is a total brick and the pillow top does nothing g to soften. Also land of beds 14 d return only applies if it is still in packaging. Which is pointless. Really fed up and would not recommend buying unless you can visit the store. Many others have trial periods so land of beds is not competitive
