Vs divan beds: Bed frames sit on legs and allow airflow beneath the mattress. Divan sets sit flat to the floor and include a matched mattress. Frames are generally lighter and offer more style variety, while divan sets provide a more integrated finish and often include storage across the full base.
Vs wooden or metal frames: Upholstered frames like the Brimsley feel softer to the touch and add a tailored, decorative look to a bedroom. Wooden frames tend to feel warmer and more traditional, while metal frames suit industrial or minimalist rooms.
Vs other frames in the range: Compared with other upholstered frames in the range, the Brimsley stands out for its sustainability credentials, with a fabric made entirely from recycled materials alongside the same comfort and design detail customers expect from the range.
National Bed Federation (NBF) Approved - The NBF is the UK's trade body for bed manufacturers and their suppliers. NBF Approval means this bed frame has been independently verified to meet strict UK standards for quality, safety and responsible manufacturing.
SMETA Member - SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) is one of the most widely used social auditing frameworks in the world. It confirms that the materials and manufacturing processes behind this bed frame meet independently verified standards for ethical sourcing and sustainability.
The Brimsley combines a high, gently winged headboard with a sustainable silver grey velvet fabric made from 100% recycled materials, giving you comfort and a more considered environmental footprint in one bed frame. Available in Double and King Size with free UK delivery.
