Vs standard single bed frames:: Standard single bed frames often leave the space beneath the bed open or unused. The Dreamer takes the same standard UK Single mattress but builds three storage drawers into the frame and surrounds the mattress with raised side panels, giving children a cosy, enclosed sleeping space with storage included.
Vs other kids bed sub-types:: Mid sleepers and high sleepers raise the sleeping platform further to fit a desk or play area beneath, but they need a ladder and suit older, more confident children. As a cabin bed, the Dreamer keeps the platform low enough to climb into from the side, so it suits children who are not ready for a ladder.
Vs other kids beds in the range: Standard storage beds offer drawers at a lower height with an open sleeping surface. Cabin beds like the Dreamer add raised side panels around the mattress for a more enclosed feel, while its oak effect and white finish gives a lighter, Scandi-inspired alternative to all-white frames.
A mattress is not included with the Dreamer. Any standard UK Single mattress up to 15cm deep fits. If you would prefer a matched recommendation, the following mattress has been selected to work with this bed.
