How firm is the Buckingham Supreme Pillow Top?
The Buckingham Supreme Pillow Top is a soft medium (2/6) mattress - the second softest tension in our range. It has a gentle, cushioned feel with enough support to keep your spine aligned. If you are used to a medium or firmer mattress it will feel noticeably softer, but it is not a sink-in soft. The pillow top adds an extra layer of immediate cushioning on the surface.

On the Buckingham Supreme it sits above the 3,000 pocket springs and adds an immediate softness when you first lie down. Unlike a mattress topper, it is a permanent, integrated part of the mattress construction and will not shift or bunch during the night.
Can I flip the Buckingham Supreme Pillow Top?
No - the Buckingham Supreme Pillow Top is a single-sided mattress and should not be flipped. The pillow top construction is on one side only. To maintain even wear, rotate the mattress head to toe every three months.
Are the fillings natural? I want to avoid synthetic materials.
Yes - the Buckingham Supreme Pillow Top is filled with wool, silk, cashmere and cotton. All four are natural materials. The mattress is also foam free, so there are no synthetic foam layers anywhere in the construction.
I sleep hot. Will this mattress help?
It should. Wool, silk, cashmere and cotton are all naturally breathable materials that help regulate temperature - keeping you cooler in warmer conditions and warmer when it is cold. The chrome air vents in the mattress also promote airflow through the spring system. If temperature is a significant concern, natural fillings are generally a better choice than foam or synthetic alternatives.
What storage options are available with the base?

What beds do you offer assembly on?
We offer bed assembly on all divan beds and electric adjustable beds. We currently do not offer assembly on any flat pack beds, such as bed frames, bunk beds, guest beds etc. ... these will all come with instructions and take approx. 60 minutes to build.
How long does bed assembly take?
The time it takes depends on the type of bed. Divan beds take two people approximately 30 – 45 minutes, and adjustable beds take about 1 hour.
What happens during bed assembly?
Assembly is carried out on the day of delivery. Our team will carry the product to your room of choice, unpack, inspect it, and assemble it. This service takes two people on average 30 – 45 minutes. We will also take away all packaging and recycle it.
