Who Is This Mattress For?

A firm pocket sprung mattress best suited to sleepers who want firm support, a smooth sleeping surface and natural, foam-free fillings.

Firm Feel - 5/6: A supportive, solid feel designed to keep your body well supported throughout the night. Ideal for back and front sleepers, or those who prefer a firmer sleeping surface.

Best for

  • Back sleepers - the firm (5/6) tension keeps your spine well supported and aligned throughout the night
  • Front sleepers - a level, supportive surface that stops your hips sinking too far
  • Sleepers who want a smooth sleeping surface - the internally tufted Smoothflex cover is free from traditional tufting lumps
  • Couples - pocket springs and micro springs move independently, reducing partner disturbance
  • Hot sleepers - Hampshire Wool, British Wool and Silk fillings help regulate temperature naturally
  • Sleepers up to 114kg (18st) per side

Not ideal for

  • Side sleepers who need more cushioning for shoulders and hips
  • Sleepers who prefer a soft, plush feel

Inside This Mattress

1000 Pocket Springs + 2000 Comfonomic Micro Springs
What it is: A dual spring system combining Millbrook's 1000-count pocket springs with 2000 additional Comfonomic Micro Springs closer to the sleeping surface.
How it helps you sleep: The pocket springs provide firm, independent support, while the layer of micro springs adds a touch of responsiveness - together keeping motion transfer low for undisturbed sleep.

Hampshire Wool Layer
What it is: A soft, locally sourced Hampshire Wool layer used as a naturally insulating comfort filling.
How it helps you sleep: Provides natural temperature regulation and moisture-wicking properties, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter.

British Wool & English Spun Cotton
What it is: Additional layers of British Wool and fine, English-spun cotton positioned above the spring system.
How it helps you sleep: Adds further breathable insulation and a responsive feel that complements the spring system, helping regulate temperature throughout the night.

Silk Fibres
What it is: Fine, absorbent silk fibres blended into the comfort layers.
How it helps you sleep: Add a soft, luxurious feel and help with temperature regulation, keeping you comfortable throughout the night.

Smoothflex Cover
What it is: An internally tufted cover that secures the mattress fillings without visible surface tufts, treated with a chemical-free fire retardant.
How it helps you sleep: Delivers a smooth, even sleeping surface free from the lumps associated with traditional tufting, while remaining stable and durable over time.

Ultra Edge Support
What it is: A reinforced spring border built into the perimeter of the mattress.
How it helps you sleep: Extends firm, usable support right to the very edge of the mattress, so you can use the full sleeping surface without the feeling of rolling off.

Handles and Air Vents
What it is: Stitched handles at the sides of the mattress and ventilation eyelets built into the border.
How it helps you sleep: Handles make it easy to reposition the mattress, while the air vents promote airflow through the mattress to help keep it fresh.

How it Compares

Vs firmer mattresses: The Cloud Support is one of Millbrook's firmer options, and there's little firmer still within a natural, foam-free build with a smooth sleeping surface. It's built for sleepers who want a level, supportive feel without traditional tufting lumps.

Vs softer mattresses: The dual pocket and micro spring system gives noticeably more underlying structure than a softer mattress. If you sleep on your back or front and want a firm, smooth-surfaced feel, this is likely the better choice.

Vs premium and luxury mattresses: This mattress shares the same natural fillings and dual spring technology found in higher-priced ranges, plus the same Smoothflex internally tufted cover. The difference is typically in comfort layer depth and the number of fillings used, rather than any compromise in construction quality.

10 Year Warranty

The Cloud Support is backed by Millbrook's 10-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Given the quality of the dual spring system and natural fillings, this is a mattress built to last - the warranty reflects that.
