The Millbrook Cloud Supreme is a pillow top pocket sprung mattress, handcrafted in Great Britain and available in your choice of medium (3/6) or firm (5/6) tension. It's built around a zoned, ergonomic pocket spring system with Comfonomic Micro Springs, layered with Hampshire Wool, British Wool, English Spun Cotton, Silk and Cashgora, all foam-free. The pillow top is finished with an internally tufted Smoothflex cover for a smooth sleeping surface, and the whole mattress is backed by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty.
A pillow top pocket sprung mattress available in two tensions - medium (3/6) or firm (5/6) - best suited to sleepers who want a choice of support level, a smooth sleeping surface, and natural, foam-free fillings.
The goldilocks option - not too firm, not too soft. Medium is the most versatile firmness level, balancing comfort and support in a way that suits most sleeper types.
Best for
A supportive, solid feel designed to keep your body well supported throughout the night. Ideal for back and front sleepers, or those who prefer a firmer sleeping surface.
Best for
Additional benefits in both tensions
Not ideal for
Zoned Ergonomic Pocket Springs + Comfonomic Micro Springs
What it is: A 7-zone ergonomic pocket spring system paired with Comfonomic Micro Springs closer to the sleeping surface.
How it helps you sleep: The zoned springs provide targeted support to different areas of the body, while the micro springs add responsive cushioning - together keeping motion transfer low for undisturbed sleep.
Pillow Top
What it is: An extra layer of cushioning sewn on top of the mattress.
How it helps you sleep: Adds a plusher first feel to the sleeping surface, easing pressure points before you reach the supportive layers beneath.
Hampshire Wool Layer
What it is: A soft, locally sourced Hampshire Wool layer used as a naturally insulating comfort filling.
How it helps you sleep: Provides natural temperature regulation and moisture-wicking properties, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter.
British Wool, English Spun Cotton & Silk
What it is: Additional layers of British Wool, fine English-spun cotton and absorbent silk fibres.
How it helps you sleep: Add further breathable insulation and a soft, luxurious feel, helping regulate temperature and keep you comfortable throughout the night.
Cashgora
What it is: A luxury natural fibre from a cross between cashmere and angora goats, used as a comfort layer.
How it helps you sleep: Provides an exceptionally soft, comfortable feel with excellent natural insulation and temperature regulation.
Smoothflex Cover
What it is: An internally tufted cover that secures the mattress fillings without visible surface tufts, treated with a chemical-free fire retardant.
How it helps you sleep: Delivers a smooth, even sleeping surface free from the lumps associated with traditional tufting, while remaining stable and durable over time.
Ultra Edge Support
What it is: A reinforced spring border built into the perimeter of the mattress.
How it helps you sleep: Extends supportive coverage right to the very edge of the mattress, so you can use the full sleeping surface without the feeling of rolling off.
Handles and Air Vents
What it is: Stitched handles at the sides of the mattress and ventilation eyelets built into the border.
How it helps you sleep: Handles make it easy to reposition the mattress, while the air vents promote airflow through the mattress to help keep it fresh.

Vs firmer mattresses: Choosing the Cloud Supreme in its firm tension gives you the same zoned, ergonomic support as firmer mattresses in the range, with the addition of a pillow top and luxury natural fillings for extra cushioning on top.
Vs softer mattresses: In its medium tension, the Cloud Supreme's 7-zone pocket springs and pillow top offer a plusher, more cushioned feel than a standard firm mattress, while still maintaining structural support underneath for combination sleepers and couples.
Vs premium and luxury mattresses: This mattress shares the same zoned pocket spring technology, pillow top construction and luxury natural fillings - including Cashgora and silk - found in the very top of Millbrook's range. The difference is typically in comfort layer depth, rather than any compromise in construction quality.
The Cloud Supreme is backed by Millbrook's 10-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Given the quality of the zoned spring system and natural fillings, this is a mattress built to last - the warranty reflects that.
The Cloud Supreme carries the following accreditations:
National Bed Federation (NBF) Approved - Independently verified to meet strict UK standards for quality, safety and responsible manufacturing.
Made in Britain - Independently certified confirmation that this mattress is manufactured in the UK.
Traceable British Wool - The wool used in this mattress can be traced back to certified British farms, giving assurance of quality, animal welfare and responsible sourcing.
The Cloud Supreme delivers zoned, ergonomic support with a pillow top and luxury natural fillings, in your choice of medium or firm tension - handcrafted in Great Britain and backed by a 10-year warranty. Whichever way you sleep, this is Millbrook's top-of-range option to consider.
