Platform Top Base
What it is: An FSC certified solid wooden top upholstered in fabric, forming a stable, supportive base for the mattress above. On single divans, drawer placement (left or right hand side) is chosen at the point of order.
How it helps you: The Platform Top provides a consistent, supportive feel across the entire mattress surface and helps prolong the mattress's lifespan. It is a genuine Relyon base, covered by the full 10-year guarantee.
Storage Options
What it is: Non storage, drawer storage, or the Platform Top Ottoman base. The Ottoman uses a gas ram mechanism to lift the base top and reveal a large hidden storage cavity - as a rule of thumb, a king size ottoman divan base offers around 6 times more storage than a 2-drawer divan.
How it helps you: Drawers are made from hard-wearing laminate with smooth-running runners and a 9kg weight limit per drawer, giving easy daily access without lifting the mattress. Do I need to turn this mattress?
This is an easycare mattress, which means you do not need to turn the mattress over, however you should rotate from head to toe on a regular basis to ensure even use.
What type of spring system does this have?
This mattress uses a pocket spring system that is a series of individual steel springs encased in fabric pockets that are designed to contour to body shape and weight to provide comfort and support.
Will this mattress make me hot?
This product has natural properties which helps wick away moisture allowing air to circulate through the mattress. Therefore in most situations this mattress won't cause excessive heat.
Is the base split in the middle?
This divan bed comes split horizontally for sizes smaller than super king size.
Can you take away my old bed?
Yes, we can remove your old bed at the same time as delivering your new one. You can add this service at checkout.

Do you recycle the beds and mattresses you collect?
When we remove your old bed or mattress, we ensure that it is disposed of in an environmentally responsible way. All products are sent to The Furniture Recycling Company, the UK's largest and most trusted furniture recyclers.
Put your screwdriver down and your feet up! Our fully-trained assembly specialists can set up your new bed in your room of choice. All we require is that the room is clear.

What beds do you offer assembly on?
We offer bed assembly on all divan beds and electric adjustable beds. We currently do not offer assembly on any flat pack beds, such as bed frames, bunk beds, guest beds etc. ... these will all come with instructions and take approx. 60 minutes to build.
How long does bed assembly take?
The time it takes depends on the type of bed. Divan beds take two people approximately 30 – 45 minutes, and adjustable beds take about 1 hour.
What happens during bed assembly?
Assembly is carried out on the day of delivery. Our team will carry the product to your room of choice, unpack, inspect it, and assemble it. This service takes two people on average 30 – 45 minutes. We will also take away all packaging and recycle it.

You can either add it to your order on the basket page and pay at checkout, or if you would like to add it after you have checked out, contact us on 01928 242829 before your order is due for delivery.
