Not ideal for
Worth knowing:
Platform Top Base
What it is: A solid wooden top upholstered in fabric, forming the base of the set.
How it helps you: Provides a consistent, supportive feel across the entire mattress surface, and is covered by the full 10-year guarantee.
Storage Options
What it is: Storage configurations available: non storage; 2 drawers; 4 drawers; 2+2 Continental drawers; optional side or end opening ottoman base, opened using gas rams.
How it helps you: Drawers are made from hardwood timber with robust construction and a 15kg per drawer weight limit, giving easy daily access. The ottoman option suits customers who need significantly more storage volume, with a weight limit of 150kg per side evenly distributed within the storage area - as a guide, a king size ottoman base holds roughly six times more than a 2-drawer divan.
Non-Slip Fabric
What it is: A non-slip fabric layer between the base and mattress.
How it helps you: Keeps the mattress securely in place, reducing friction and wear and helping both the mattress and base last longer.
The Included Mattress: Sleepeezee Centurial 02
What it is: A pocket spring mattress, available in Medium (3/6) or Firm (5/6), built around a 6000-spring double layer system and filled with Cheviot and British wool alongside natural alpaca, finished with a pure damask cover.
How it helps you: The natural fillings cushion pressure points while regulating temperature, and the pocket spring system supports healthy spinal alignment. This is a double-sided mattress - turn and rotate regularly to extend its life.

Vs bed frames: This divan set sits lower to the floor with a fully upholstered, minimal profile and no exposed legs or joints. Unlike a bed frame, the mattress is included and matched to the base, removing the guesswork of pairing base and mattress separately.
Vs other divan sets in this price range: The Centurial 02 set offers a genuine 6000-spring double layer mattress with natural Cheviot wool and alpaca fillings alongside a Sleepeezee-branded Platform Top base, plus a 10-year guarantee covering the set.
Vs synthetic-filled divan sets: This set is entirely foam-free, built instead from Cheviot wool, British wool and alpaca. These materials are naturally hypoallergenic and breathable, and better at regulating temperature than synthetic foam fillings.
The Centurial 02 divan set is backed by Sleepeezee's 10-year manufacturer's guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Given the quality of the base construction and natural fillings, this is a set built to last - the guarantee reflects that.
National Bed Federation (NBF) Approved - Independently verified to meet strict UK standards for quality, safety and responsible manufacturing.
Sleepeezee Royal Warrant Holder - Sleepeezee is a proud supplier to the Royal Households, a standard of craftsmanship that has to be earned and maintained.
The Centurial 02 divan set delivers a rare combination: genuine luxury feel, natural foam-free materials, a solid Platform Top base and the option of built-in storage - all backed by a 10-year guarantee. If you want a complete sleep package built from natural, hypoallergenic materials with a choice of feel, this is one to consider.
Choosing a mattress online takes trust. That's why the Centurial 02 mattress included in this set comes with a 60 night comfort guarantee - if it doesn't feel right, we'll exchange it. This trial applies to the mattress only and does not cover the divan base. View the full mattress trial policy.

Does this divan include a headboard?
No this divan bed does not come with a headboard so you can choose the style you prefer from our range of Sleepeezee headboards.
