The Sleepeezee Natural 2000 is a medium-firm hybrid mattress from Sleepeezee, handcrafted in Great Britain. It combines a 2000-spring system - 1000 pocket springs and 1000 mini comfort springs - with sumptuous layers of British wool and Talalay latex beneath a luxury damask cover, creating a naturally hypoallergenic, breathable and temperature-regulating sleep surface. Planet Mark certified and suited to sleepers who change position through the night, this mattress comes with a 10-year guarantee and a 60-night comfort trial.
A medium-firm hybrid mattress from Sleepeezee, combining a 2000-spring system with natural British wool and Talalay latex fillings, best suited to sleepers who want a breathable, hypoallergenic feel with support that adapts as you move.
Medium Firm Feel - 4/6: A supportive feel with added stability. Ideal for people who change sleeping position during the night and need a balance of comfort and support.
Best for
Not ideal for
1000 Pocket Springs
What it is: A system of 1000 individually wrapped springs, each moving independently to respond to your body's shape and weight.
How it helps you sleep: Each spring settles back into place as you move, keeping support consistent across the whole mattress and reducing motion passed on to your partner.
1000 Mini Comfort Springs
What it is: A secondary layer of 1000 smaller, individually pocketed springs positioned above the main spring system.
How it helps you sleep: These smaller springs add a finer level of pressure relief and weight distribution just beneath the comfort layers, helping keep your spine properly aligned.
British Wool Layer
What it is: A soft, insulating layer of British wool used as an upholstery layer within the mattress.
How it helps you sleep: Wool is a natural insulator, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter, and its hygroscopic properties help draw moisture away from the body.
Talalay Latex
What it is: A highly resilient natural latex that conforms closely to your body's weight and shape.
How it helps you sleep: Offers maximum breathability to remove excess heat and moisture, and is naturally hypoallergenic and anti-microbial - a safe option for allergy sufferers.
Polycotton Layer
What it is: A blend of premium polyester fibres and cotton, forming a durable and breathable filling layer.
How it helps you sleep: Balances softness with resilience, adding light cushioning while helping regulate temperature.
High-Density Support Layer
What it is: Supportive fibre layers positioned beneath the comfort layers, chosen for their rebound properties.
How it helps you sleep: Reinforces the mattress structure beneath the softer layers, helping the mattress keep its shape and supportive feel for longer.
Anti-Allergenic & Antibacterial Fillings
What it is: The natural fillings within this mattress are resistant to dust mites, mould and bacteria.
How it helps you sleep: Creates a healthier sleeping environment, making this an ideal choice for allergy sufferers.
Hand-Tufted with Woollen Tufts
What it is: A traditional upholstery method where fillings are secured by hand with woollen tufts from top to bottom of the mattress.
How it helps you sleep: Keeps all loose fillings secured in place, maintaining the mattress's shape and finish over time.
Luxury Damask Cover
What it is: A soft-to-the-touch damask cover.
How it helps you sleep: Provides a soft, fresh and hygienic sleeping surface.
Side Stitching
What it is: Reinforced stitching that ties the border fabric to the spring system along the mattress sides.
How it helps you sleep: Supports the mattress walls and extends the usable sleeping area closer to the edge.
Flag-Stitched Handles
What it is: Handles fitted to both sides of the mattress.
How it helps you sleep: Makes it easier to position and rotate the mattress when needed.
Chrome Air Vents
What it is: Chrome-finished vents built into the mattress sides.
How it helps you sleep: Allow air to circulate through the mattress, helping regulate temperature and keep it fresh.

Vs firmer mattresses: The natural wool and latex comfort layers give noticeably more cushioning at the shoulders and entry point than a firmer alternative, while still offering a supportive, stable feel underneath. Firmer mattresses suit heavier sleepers or those who want a more rigid, minimal-sink surface.
Vs softer mattresses: This mattress has more underlying spring support than a softer mattress, thanks to the combined 1000 pocket springs and 1000 mini comfort springs. Softer mattresses can feel more immediately plush but may not hold spinal alignment as consistently for back and front sleepers, or for combination sleepers changing position through the night.
Vs synthetic-filled mattresses: The comfort layers here are built from natural British wool and Talalay latex rather than synthetic foam. These materials are naturally hypoallergenic, breathable and better at regulating temperature, making this a strong choice for hot sleepers or allergy sufferers.
The Natural 2000 is backed by Sleepeezee's 10-year manufacturer's guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Given the quality of the spring system and natural fillings, this is a mattress built to last - the guarantee reflects that.
Planet Mark Sustainability Certification - Independently verified recognition of Sleepeezee's commitment to lowering carbon emissions and sourcing materials responsibly.
Sleepeezee Royal Warrant Holder - Sleepeezee is a proud supplier to the Royal Households, a standard of craftsmanship that has to be earned and maintained.
The Natural 2000 delivers a supportive, medium-firm feel built from natural, hypoallergenic materials, handcrafted in Britain and backed by a 10-year guarantee. If you switch positions through the night, run warm, or simply want a mattress built from natural fillings, this is one to consider.
Choosing a mattress online takes trust. That's why the Natural 2000 comes with a 60 night comfort guarantee - if it doesn't feel right, we'll exchange it. View the full mattress trial policy.
