I do run quite hot at night so only use the thinnest of duvets (3.5 tog), when it gets very cold outside - we have the windows open at night in the bedroom all year round - I switch to my Tempur Luxe Cooling duvet which is brilliant, I initially thought it would be too thick for me but by some trickery, keeps at the right temperature.
