I've been using the Viva Coolmax Contour Pillow for a couple of weeks now, and it has made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. The contour design provides excellent support for my neck, which has helped reduce the stiffness I usually feel in the mornings. The Coolmax material really does keep the pillow cool throughout the night, which is a blessing during warmer weather.
