No. The Splendour Ortho is an extra firm (6/6) mattress, which means it offers very little cushioning at the shoulders and hips. Side sleepers generally need a softer tension to relieve pressure points and keep the spine aligned. If you sleep on your side, we'd recommend exploring our medium or soft mattress range instead.

Extra firm is our firmest tension (6/6). There is minimal sink when you lie down - the surface stays flat and supportive rather than contouring around you.
